Niles Media is the production arm of LTN Global, an innovative and fast-growing live and real-time video transport service provider to the media industry. Position Description:
The Production Technician will play an integral role in our production workflows, and provide production services as an on-site crew member and centralized-workflow pioneer. The production technician will also work in our network operating center, to assist with event production and workflow, as necessary. The Production Technician will fulfill a need for expertise in one of the following areas: Technical Directing, Audio, Graphics or Replay. The Production Technician will ensure a high level of customer service for our clients, and travel as-needed for event production. This position will require weekend and holiday work, as designated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a crew-member on various events, including on-site productions and remotely operated productions.
- Deepen expertise in multiple areas of production, and provide initial and advanced training to others in one of the qualifying areas: Technical Directing, Audio, Graphics, Replay.
- Provide remote/virtual support of Niles Media productions, in addition to events personally assigned.
- Help fulfill needs of Network Operating Center (NOC) in Liberty, Missouri, by providing hourly or shift support, as needed.
- Help lead the implementation of new production workflows, on completion of development.
- Provide exceptional customer service to production and network customers.
- Utilize dedicated systems to assist with resource management, ticketing, and scheduling.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 5 years in LIVE-event production
- Referenceable expertise in AT LEAST one of the following areas:
- Audio (Behringer, Yamaha, RTS, Clear-Com, Riedel, Dante, etc.)
- Technical Directing (Ross, Grass Valley, Sony, Newtek, etc.)
- Graphics (Xpression, Chyron, Viz, etc.)
- Replay (3play, EVS, etc.)
- Quantifiable experience in live sports production, corporate production, digital events, and/or other broadcasted events.
