    Who is LTN?

    We are an IP-centric, innovative, and fast-growing live and real-time video production and transport service provider to the media industry. We provide a full palette of services, including live video production, post-production, and transport for both fulltime channels and occasional use events in traditional television markets, as well as digital streaming to a variety of over-the-top platforms worldwide.     Position Description

    This position focuses on large media companies such as US TV station groups, full time channel distribution and contribution, channel play out, digital services for full time and occasional use video transmission and other Tier-One media providers. The Account Manager will be involved primarily in building a pipeline of new customers and opportunities in these areas, and will have responsibility for meeting revenue goals from this pipeline.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the media industry, with sales experience with equipment and/or services vendors, successfully selling solutions to this market. We are looking for a high-energy, driven, can-do candidate who is eager to build a strong book of business, from lead generation to closing sales opportunities, in the exciting and rapid transition of the media industry from traditional production and transport architecture to IP.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as a primary point of contact for sales efforts to major media distributors, content owners, TV station groups and other companies in need of transport, video processing (linear and digital) and production services offered by LTN
    • Proactively build and leverage contacts to grow a large portfolio of new business for LTN
    • Build new business inside existing LTN customers
    • Manage a significant book of major media accounts
    • Meet or exceed LTN’s sales goals and expectations

    Qualifications

    • Strong presentation skills
    • Conversational understanding of Broadcast and Digital Video Transmission workflows
    • Strong internal and external written and verbal communication skills
    • High-energy lead generation skills
    • Proven track record of closing big ticket projects
    • High motivation for sales
    • Understanding of proper sales process from pitch to close to on-going account management and support

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 Years Sales and Business Development experience in broadcast technology related markets
    • Minimum 5 Years Sales and Business Development experience in Digital/OTT related markets (preferably streaming, packaging, distribution focused)

    LTN offers a highly competitive base salary and commission. While this position is not territory focused, many tier-one customers are based in the Northeast Corridor. Consideration will be given to candidates living in this area.

We are known for providing reliable, innovative solutions for production and exceptional customer service. Our customers rely on our expertise and flexibility, not only for content production, but added production value through additional services and distribution.

    Position Description:

    The NOC Lead will be responsible for assisting in managing and carrying out the core functions of the 24-7 Network Operations Center located in Liberty, Missouri, as it relates to production and added-services workflows. The NOC Lead will understand all services provided by the NOC, and be capable of training new NOC employees on various workflows and platforms. The NOC Lead will manage systems and schedules associated with the NOC. The NOC Lead will provide virtual support for productions, both as they relate to Niles Media events and transport customers. The NOC Lead will manage shifts of the Hub, and be required to work a varied schedule with the possibility of overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage systems and schedules associated with various workflows, equipment, & production.
    • Implement new workflows that have been developed and tested.
    • Provide exceptional support and service to Niles Media/LTN customers
    • Provide real-time customer support, and delegate when necessary
    • Develop rapport with Niles Media/LTN customers and communicate resolution for issues as they arise
    • Log and monitor Niles Media workflows, and communicate NOC needs, as necessary
    • Provide guidance and training to new NOC employees
    • Manage NOC shifts/personnel as designated

    • Referenceable expertise in AT LEAST one of the following areas:
    • IP video transport (RTMP, MPEG Transport Stream, NDI, HLS)
    • Live event broadcasts (sports, extreme sports, E-sports, corporate, etc.)
    • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM)
    • Master Control services (closed captioning, ad insertion, monitoring, recording)
    • Experience utilizing various management tools (i.e. XYTech, Zendesk, Slack, etc.)
    • Experience with industry-standard broadcast equipment a positive
    • Network Operating Center and customer service experience a positive

    Position Description:

    The Production Technician will play an integral role in our production workflows, and provide production services as an on-site crew member and centralized-workflow pioneer. The production technician will also work in our network operating center, to assist with event production and workflow, as necessary. The Production Technician will fulfill a need for expertise in one of the following areas: Technical Directing, Audio, Graphics or Replay. The Production Technician will ensure a high level of customer service for our clients, and travel as-needed for event production. This position will require weekend and holiday work, as designated.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a crew-member on various events, including on-site productions and remotely operated productions.
    • Deepen expertise in multiple areas of production, and provide initial and advanced training to others in one of the qualifying areas: Technical Directing, Audio, Graphics, Replay.
    • Provide remote/virtual support of Niles Media productions, in addition to events personally assigned.
    • Help fulfill needs of Network Operating Center (NOC) in Liberty, Missouri, by providing hourly or shift support, as needed.
    • Help lead the implementation of new production workflows, on completion of development.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to production and network customers.
    • Utilize dedicated systems to assist with resource management, ticketing, and scheduling.
