For more than 35 years, Malik Khan has brought innovation and leadership to the network technology industry. Today, Malik is pioneering delivery of a comprehensive digital media ecosystem at LTN Global.

Prior to co-founding LTN in 2008, Malik held top executive roles at Motorola, Sitara Networks, Converged Access, and NexTone.

Yousef Javadi

President, CEO, Co-Founder

An accomplished leader in telecom wireline and wireless services, as well as networking and IP technologies, Yousef Javadi brings more than 30 years’ experience starting, acquiring, growing, and running global businesses in B2B and B2C markets.

Yousef previously held senior executive positions at Sprint International, Primus Telecom, and GE Capital.

Yair Amir

Chief Science Officer, Co-Founder

As a recognized expert in building reliable, secure systems and networks, Yair Amir brings engineering leadership to the LTN management team. In addition to the LTN Network, Yair co-created several messaging systems, a first-of-its-kind replication engine, and an intrusion-tolerant SCADA for the power grid.

Yair’s award-winning academic research has been funded by DARPA, NSF, DOD, NASA, and the NSA.

Chris Myers

EVP, CRO

With more than 25 years of broadcast and digital operations experience, Chris Myers leads commercial and business development efforts at LTN Global, with a focus on leveraging the LTN Network to offer new digital products and services to the high-growth new-media market.

Before joining LTN in 2016, Chris held executive and leadership roles at ABC News, CBS News, and Encompass Digital Media.

Scott Preston, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Scott leads financial and HR operations for LTN. A transformational business leader, Scott helps organizations scale and grow profitably. He has served in executive leadership roles with L3 Chesapeake Sciences, Dynis, High Street Partners, and The Hunter Group. Scott has a B.S. in accounting from Wake Forest University and was recognized by Smart CXO Magazine with the Baltimore Smart CXO award for top CFOs in the Mid-Atlantic.

Brad Wall

CTO

With more than 25 years’ experience across technology and operations roles at world-leading media organizations including ABC and Disney, Brad leads in bringing LTN’s technology vision to life, enabling customers to drive transformation and achieve business goals in a fast-evolving media landscape.
Brad has a proven track record of leading and implementing large-scale broadcast, OTT and digital media projects and has been awarded several patents for his work driving cloud media innovation.

Michal Miskin-Amir

EVP of Development

Michal Miskin-Amir leads LTN Global’s core video transport business and has guided technology development at the company since its inception.

Michal has held leadership roles in transformative technology development with innovation and intelligent engineering at the core. Before joining LTN in 2008, Michal directed software development for Spread Concepts, Kinkos, Radview Software, and Platinum Technology.

Catherine Gonzalez Pack

SVP of Operations

Catherine Gonzalez Pack brings over 20 years of customer focused Broadcast Operations experience to lead LTN’s Operations and On-Boarding teams. Prior to joining LTN, Catherine led Sports and Special Events Operations for DIRECTV and AT&T. She is a graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, and served in the US Army Reserves as a radio and television news journalist.

Roger Franklin

Chief Strategy Officer

Roger Franklin brings over 30 years of experience in video distribution to LTN Global's Full-Time Business Unit. His experience includes organizing and leading teams to create, provision, and support systems that improve major media companies' video workflow operations. Roger joined LTN in 2019 after its acquisition of Crystal Computer Corporation, where he served as President and CEO.

Mike Burk

General Manager, Event Production and Transmission Unit

Mike Burk brings over 20 years of experience in the professional broadcast industry to lead LTN’s production business. Prior to joining LTN in 2020, Mike founded and served as the President of DTAGS. Mike’s expertise includes the development of complex production and transmission solutions for the highest-profile events in the world.

Nadia Khan

CMO

Nadia is head of corporate communications and marketing for LTN. She is responsible for brand management, demand generation, events, and PR. Nadia also works closely with product marketing and product management to execute product launches. Nadia has an MBA from Emory University and a BA in business management from Gettysburg College.

Sara Khan

General Counsel & GM EMEA

Sara Khan oversees LTN Global’s legal functions and supports the company’s business development and commercial transactions. In Sara’s previous role at Goodwin, she represented tech and life sciences companies across all stages of the corporate life cycle in private financings, mergers, and public offerings and assisted in the negotiation of license, service, and supply agreements.

Rick Young

SVP, Head of Global Products

A media technology and services executive, Rick Young directs global product strategy for the LTN Ecosystem. Rick has held senior leadership roles at news organizations, content owners, and technology providers ranging from startups to global brands.

Throughout his career, Rick has focused on the intersection of media and technology, from content creation and delivery to consumer experience perspectives.

Joseph Hopkins

SVP of Business and Corporate Development

Joseph Hopkins is a streaming media and broadcast technology entrepreneur and executive with more than 15 years’ experience bringing advanced technologies to market, including Verizon Digital Media Services in 2014 as well as the first live-streamed Olympics and Super Bowl.

Joseph served as Chief Revenue Officer at Make.TV, prior to its 2019 acquisition by LTN Global.

Bryan McGuirk

SVP, Business Development

Bryan McGuirk brings over 25 years’ experience to his leadership of LTN’s key media and cloud partnerships, and the addressable advertising and full-time video transport business.

Bryan has held executive roles at Turner, NBCU, and SES, and joined LTN through its acquisition of Crystal Computer Corporation, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer.
