For nearly 40 years, Malik Khan has been a visionary leader within the network technology industry, successfully bringing to market and growing high-quality, highly differentiated products and services. Prior to co-founding LTN in 2008, Malik held top executive roles at Motorola, Sitara Networks, Converged Access, and NexTone.

Yousef Javadi

President, CEO, Co-Founder

An accomplished leader in the telecom, networking, and IP tech spaces, Yousef Javadi has more than 40 years experience establishing, acquiring, and growing global B2B and B2C businesses. Prior to co-founding LTN, Yousef held several senior executive positions, including as President of Sprint International, President of Primus Telecom, and Head of Global Services at MCI.

Yair Amir

Chief Science Officer, Co-Founder

Dr. Yair Amir is a recognized expert, inventor, and award-winning researcher who has spent nearly 40 years engineering reliable, secure distributed systems and networks. In addition to co-founding LTN in 2008, Yair has engineered several communication systems, a first-of-its-kind replication engine, and an intrusion-tolerant SCADA for the power grid.

Michal Miskin-Amir

EVP and Head of Technology

Since its inception in 2008, Michal Miskin-Amir has been a pivotal architect of LTN’s core video transport business, continuously driving key technology development. Prior to LTN, she played a major role in advancing innovation and intelligent engineering and delivering transformative technology solutions used by leading global companies.

Catherine Gonzalez Pack

SVP of Operations

Catherine Gonzalez Pack has spent more than 20 years in broadcast operations and today leads LTN’s Operations and Onboarding teams. Before joining LTN in 2022, Catherine led Sports and Special Events Operations for DIRECTV and AT&T, and served in the U.S. Army Reserve as a broadcast journalist.

Nadia Khan

CMO

Chief Marketing Officer at LTN, Nadia Khan is head of Corporate Communications and Marketing. Skilled in brand building, integrated marketing communications, and strategic partnerships, she oversees the company’s brand management, demand generation, events, PR, and key product launches. Nadia also holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Emory University.

Sara Khan

General Counsel

Sara Khan oversees LTN’s legal functions. Prior to joining the company in 2019, Sara represented technology and life sciences companies across all stages of the corporate life cycle in private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings.

Rick Young

SVP, Head of Global Products

Rick Young leads LTN’s global product strategy, helping broadcasters, media companies, sports organizations, and content owners navigate the rapidly evolving media landscape. He has extensive expertise in video distribution, live sports, streaming, and IP-based media workflows, as well as deep knowledge of the C-Band transition and its implications for broadcasters. Rick works closely with media organizations as they evaluate satellite replacement strategies and transition to flexible, scalable IP-based distribution models

Bryan McGuirk

Chief Revenue Officer

Bryan McGuirk brings more than 30 years of revenue and strategic business leadership across the telecommunications, satellite, and media industries. As Chief Revenue Officer at LTN, Bryan helps broadcasters and media companies navigate major shifts in video infrastructure, with a particular focus on the evolving C-band landscape and the industry’s transition from satellite to IP-based distribution.

Prior to his current role at LTN, Bryan held executive positions at SES S.A., Globecomm, NBCUniversal, and Warner Bros. (Turner Broadcasting). His extensive experience across both satellite and IP infrastructure gives him a unique perspective on the business and operational implications of C-band transition, helping media organizations evaluate strategies that drive greater efficiency, flexibility, scalability, and long-term value.

Throughout his career, Bryan has successfully guided businesses and customers through periods of significant industry transformation, bringing together commercial strategy, technology expertise, and a deep understanding of the evolving media landscape.
