Latest that Clearinghouse Selection Committee must meet.*

October 1

Satellite operators to appoint members of Relocation Coordinator selection committee, who will identify a Relocation Coordinator based on criteria in the Report and Order. This will be put out for public comment as to whether the identified company meets the criteria.

October 29

Latest that Clearinghouse Selection Committee must submit selection criteria to WTB. Thereafter WTB puts criteria out to public with deadline for applications.*

November 5

Satellite operators must submit Transition Plan, which will be put out for public comment, and which can be modified periodically as needed.

December 15

Clearinghouse Selection Committee must select a Clearinghouse, after which WTB will put out public notice to solicit any objections.

Latest date by which committee must identify a Relocation Coordinator that meets the published criteria.
